Reservation:
Reservations are only valid with a written confirmation by e-mail or mail. For a binding reservation please transfer a deposit into our account (30% of the cumulative costs of your stay). The amount of money for the deposit may be wired within 7 working days.

We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. You don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. You are also welcome to take out cancellation insurance directly with us. Cancellation policy: 
The cancellation conditions according to the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price
1 week before arrival 90 % of the total price

Due to the COVID-2021 measures, it is possible to make cancellations free of charge up to two weeks before the start of your holiday when booking on our website.

We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance.

Parking spaces:
Parking spaces are available free of charge in our in-house underground car park.

Pets:
We welcome pets in our apartment on request. This incurs a service charge for the final cleaning of € 50.- per stay.
